I'm making it really easy for you! I've scheduled the live Zoom classes at a time to work in several time zones. However, if you can't make it live, you'll have easy access to all the recorded classes and materials within Beyond The Sticky Blue Mat private Facebook group for a week.

However, I understand life gets busy, so if you can't make the live session, all classes will be recorded and available to you for the week.
It's the perfect regardless if your new or an experienced meditator as I'll be targeting in on practices that specifically deal with a busy mind, calming the nervous system and replenishing your energy. Practical tools which you can integrate into your daily life. You will be guided systematically every step of the way.
I'll be there for you! When you attend the live online Zoom classes I can answer your questions there and then. Along with a private Facebook Group Beyond The Sticky Blue Mat. Here you can ask questions, and I'll be there each day in this private group giving you extra support.
Set aside 45 minutes each day for the 3 days of live teachings. However, by the end of the training, you will know a few 10 to 20-minute practices you can integrate into your daily life and always have on hand. Now remember you'll be guided through these blissful practices, so it certainly won't feel like hard work...

If We Haven't Meet~ I'm Chetana
My three big passions ~ being immersed in spiritually rich cultures, delving into the practices of yoga and meditation and sharing both the above with others.
My journey into self-care and reconnecting with myself was sparked by the painful flame of a busy mind and burnout. I hit my limit, with serious consequences for my health, and the practices and techniques I teach now are inspired by study and my own recovery from severe stress and adrenal fatigue.
I immersed myself in yogic philosophy and lifestyle for the better part of 10 years, living within an ashram environment in Australia, India, and Buddhist Centre in Nepal.
And I’ve drawn on that experience and the wisdom teachings I learned, to guide hundreds of women back to good health. As a Postivie Mental Health and Wellness Coach and experienced yoga and meditation teacher, I offer a toolbox of skills, gathered over years of immersion in spiritual practices, application and study, that you can take off the mat and into your daily life, which science supports.
When not supporting women back to optimum health and happiness, or leading yoga, meditation and mindfulness retreats in Australia, Bali, India and Nepal, you'll find me playing my tanpura (an Indian classical instrument) on the beach at sunrise...
